Clubs/Programs

At Loma Vista, we realize the importance of engaging and supporting students beyond the curricular day and embed multiple opportunities for participation. We prioritize social emotional learning, and support our students in developing positive relationships with their peers and teachers. Through meaningful and regular participation, research has shown that student participants improve their connection to school, gain adaptive behaviors and pro-social skills, and experience positive cross over in academic applications through improved growth, achievement, and work ethic.

We partner with our PTA to fund these opportunities such as Cross Country, Art Spot, Paws on Pottery, Drama & Improvisation, Leopard Tales, Leadership, Gifted Collaborative, and Spot Squad for our Leopards, and prioritize our own spending to align with our mission in supporting extracurricular participation.
